AbstractAbstract
[en] When dealing with natural radiation sources, a flexible regulatory approach is needed to take into account national circumstances, which may require country specific approaches for the identification of those exposures considered as being occupational. Attempts will be made here to point out those differences which could be important when dealing with natural and artificial radiations, while at the same time stressing the importance of avoiding different standards whenever possible, as in the control of occupational exposures
