AbstractAbstract
[en] The short answer to the question 'Is there a need for a major change in ICRP recommendations involving occupational exposure?' is 'No'. However, some changes are desirable in order to simplify the application of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) system of radiological protection, and the practical implementation of the system has reached differing levels of sophistication in different countries. The most far-reaching changes under consideration will have little or no bearing on the particular issue of occupational protection against the deleterious effects of ionizing radiation
