AbstractAbstract
[en] Current fluctuations conditioned by asymmetric fluctuations of the electron distribution function are studied. The fluctuations originate in equilibrium and homogeneous n-type semiconductors as a result of the random scattering between phonons. An expression for the current equilibrium fluctuation spectra S1(ω) is obtained. It is shown that S1∼ const in the range ω<ω0. In the range ω0<ω<ω1 the frequency dependence of S1 (ω) is described by the 1/ω law, and in the range ω>ω1 by the 1/ω2 law. The characteristic frequencies ω1 and ω0 are determined by the semiconductor parameters as well as by the electron and phonon diffusion and scattering processes in the momentum space
