[en] In this work the effect of the temperature is studied about the growth specifies speed, the substrata consumption and the production of solvents in the acetobulitic fermentation, FABE. The most appropriate temperatures were obtained for the acidogenic and solventogenic phases and the influence of the inocule age on the cellular growth and the production of solvents
