[en] The advanced spent fuel management process, which was proposed to reduce the overall volume of the PWR spent fuel and improve safety and economy of the long-term storage of spent fuel, is under research and development. α-γ type hot cell and inert hot cell facilities are required essentially for hot test and demonstration of this process. And then, this technical report is prepared to establish design requirements and design guides, and includes domestic and foreign regulation guides, process safety requirements and technical requirements for design of hot cell facilities
