[en] The fluidic device which controls the safety injection flow passively will be adopted for the next generation reactor, APR 1400. The fluidic device is installed at the bottom of the inner space of the safety injection tank, and it improves the utilization efficiency of the injection flow by passively controlling the flow rate during LBLOCA. In the present project, a full-scale test facility called VAPER(VAlve Performance Evaluation test Rig) is constructed, and the experiments will be carried out to evaluate and/or verify the performance of the fluidic device. This report details the design requirement and function of each system of the VAPER and fluidic device, experimental conditions and test procedure, and preliminary test results
