[en] The regional tectonic setting and main geologic features are described. It is suggested that Xiazhuang ore-field is characterized by shallow thermo-upwelling extensional tectonics, and the occurrence and the distribution of rich-large uranium deposits are controlled by the specific tectonic-magmatic evolution under shallow thermo-upwelling extensional tectonics, and those of late-stage rich-large uranium deposits are constrained by the tectonic-magmatic evolution of taphrogenic extensional tectonics. On the above basis, a metallogenic model for rich-large uranium deposit has been set up, and four metallogenically prospective area for rich-large uranium deposits have been predicted
