AbstractAbstract
[en] It has been proved experimentally after many preliminary tests that the most appropriate technique of separation, concentration and recuperation of Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Pb in samples of sea water, for its quantitative determination using the X-ray fluorescence analysis in total reflection technique, is the complex formation by ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) addition and extraction with methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK); it also has been determined that the formation process of the complex with these metals is more efficient at pH=3,5 and APDC at 2%; it has been proved, through the neutron activation technique, the high separation percentage (98 to 99%) of salt with this procedure. Finally, calibration curves have been elaborated and applied in the analysis of a control sample and three real samples of seawater, supplied by IMARPE
