AbstractAbstract
[en] Comparative analysis of effects of independent successive and simultaneous irradiation of Saccharomyces cells by alpha-particles and electrons is done. Cells monolayer in growth stage is irradiated by alpha-particle mixed beam of 239Pu (dose rates are 4 and 25 Gr/min) and accelerated electrons (dose rate is 5-300 Gr/min). It is demonstrated that efficiency of electron effect at 2 % alpha-particle contribution increases both in the case of successive and simultaneous irradiation. Проведен сравнительный анализ эффектов независимого последовательного и одновременного облучения клеток дрожжей Saccharomyces альфа-частицами и электронами. Монослой клеток в стадии роста облучали смешанным пучком альфа-частиц 239Pu (мощность дозы 4 и 25 Гр/мин) и ускоренными электронами (мощность дозы 5-300 Гр/мин). Продемонстрировано, что при вкладе 2 % альфа-частиц в общую дозу как при последовательном, так и при одновременном воздействии эффективность воздействия электронов увеличивается.
