AbstractAbstract
[en] Conformation analysis is conducted of cysteine-containing peptides - analogs of phytochelatines and their capacity to bond effectively Bi3+ is estimated. Analysis is done of four low-molecular phytochelatine analogs - (Cys-Gly)3, (Cys-Gly)3Asp, (Cys-Gly)3Glu and (Cys-β-Ala)-3. Different degree of predisposition of molecules considered to take conformation being favorable to bond Bi ions is set up. Such a predisposition occurs essentially different in molecules studied, while it is manifested in the most degree in (Cys-β-Ala)-3

Проведен конформационный анализ цистеин-содержащих пептидов - аналогов фитохелатинов и оценена их способность эффективно связывать Bi3+. Выполнен анализ четырех низкомолекулярных аналогов фитохелатинов - (Cys-Gly)3, (Cys-Gly)3Asp, (Cys-Gly)3Glu и (Cys-β-Ala)-3. Установлена различная степень предрасположенности рассмотренных молекул к принятию конформаций, благоприятствующих связыванию ионов Bi. Такая предрасположенность оказалась существенно разной у изученных молекул, причем в наибольшей степени она была выражена у (Cys-β-Ala)-3Original Title
