AbstractAbstract
[en] The monocrystal growth technology of triple systems BaO-R2O3-TiO2 (R=Sm, Pr, Gd) in conditions of reduced temperature in dynamics mode are developed. It takes place the usage of nonstoichiometric melts on basis of eutectic BaO-TiO2 with excess more than 5 mol. % TiO2, and content of R2O3 from 2.5 to 16 mol. %
