[en] From viewpoints of stable security of energy, contribution to global environment problem, and so on in future, nuclear energy in Japan is positioned as an important energy source, and is required for safe stable operation of already existed reactors and steady development of newly constructed ones. And, to use nuclear energy under liberalization of electric power, upgrading of its economical efficiency is a subject. To wrestle these subjects and develop its future, it is essential to secure excellent researchers and engineers and plan maintenance and upgrading of technical level. From initial to middle periods of nuclear energy development, as excellent researchers and engineers were collected to support its development with their earnest feelings, recently environment around it largely changes and serious conditions also come to the field of security on excellent researchers and engineers. Here was reported results of investigation on how to do for growing and education of excellent researchers and engineers and their future security at the 'Excellent researchers and engineers problem group' established at the Base enforcement committee of the Japan Atomic Industrial Forum, Inc.
