AbstractAbstract
[en] The influence of non-magnetic impurities (Zn, Al, Ga) on the superconduxting transition temperature is one of the most important topics in research on high- T supercondicting materials today. Inis shown thar a number of the features inherent to high- T superconductors can be explained, including the possibility of attaining high values of Tc upon doping of an insulator. Qualitative agreement is obtained between the proposed theory and the experimental data on the dependence of Tc on the concentration of Zn, Al and Ga impurities in yttrium and lanthanum ceramics
