AbstractAbstract
[en] In the paper the helio-latitudes dependence of the 11-year IMF intensity, solar activity and cosmic radiation variations are investigated. The results of the correlation coefficients calculation among B, Bγ IMF intensity and green coronal line in the various periods of the solar cycle are presented. The investigations show that the influence of the north hemisphere of the Sun on B IMF in the positive half-period 1972-1979 years and negative half-period 1982-1989 years is larger than south one but in the positive half-period 1992-1999 years is opposite. It testifies that green coronal line intensity in the north and south hemispheres is developing not simultaneously that is the effective dependence of the cosmic radiation modulation on IMF and hence on helio-latitudes takes place. In periods of the inversions antisymmetrical distribution of this coefficients relatively helio-equator is also observed. It point out not only on a dependence of the modulation on a distribution of the active regions on helio-latitudes of the Sun but and on a large influence of the IMF on cosmic radiation. The energetic spectra of the 11-year GCR variations during 3 cycles of the solar activity were calculated. It is shown that during decreasing of the SA the 11-year energetic spectrum variations becomes rigid but at the increasing of the SA its softening takes place. The obtained results permit to make the conclusion that in a region of the small energies the cosmic radiation modulation is caused in the main by a convective diffusion mechanisms but in a region of the high energies the effects of the particles drift play an important role in the modulation.
