AbstractAbstract
[en] In this work effect of the electron beam irradiation on the behavior and properties of the two phase polystyrene/poly-vinyl-methyl ether blends has been examined. Electron beam irradiation is a technique to controlling morphology induced by temperature elevation from the one phase region into the spinodal region. FTIR results shown grafting is present on the interphase of blends also electron beam induced mechanical properties improvement and interphase reinforcement. Thus the electron beam radiation is a technique to design multiphase polymer blends with controllable ordered structure
