[en] Full text: Feature of change structures and dielectric properties on basis epoxide-dianov of pitches ED-20 piezo ceramic fillers PKR-11 and PZT-19 at influence of γ-radiation by the dose 1-3·105 Gy are investigated by method radio-thermoluminescence (RTL). As objects investigation compositions on a basis epoxide pitches ED-20 hardened by various hardeners: PEPA (polyethylene-polyamine) IMTHPA (iso-methyl-terephthaladehyde anhydride) and MEA (methylene anhydride) have been used. To the epoxide pitch softener - Laprols 500, 2500 and 3003 in ratio ED-20: Laprol = 10:1 were also entered. At the next stage an epoxide binding were mixed with filler PKR-11 and PZT-19 taken in volumetric ratios ED-20:filler= 70:30 and 50:50. An epoxide composition were preliminary hardened in steps at temperature 363-448 K within 3 hours. Then radiation modification were held. Spectra of a luminescence of investigated compositions at a dose of an irradiation 104Gy were determined for the first time by RTL method in a wide temperature interval. Maxima relaxation transitions (β-process) on a curves luminescence are observed in a temperature interval of transition from glass form condition in elastic from a dose of irradiation Tβ (D) has the S-figurative form. Change of Tβ value is apparently explained by fact that under action of γ-radiation in epoxide pitch (with filler and without it) the new spatial circuit is formed. As it is known, increase of density of new circuits influence on α and β processes. After a dose of absorption 0.8-1·105 Gy, process of the saturation, pointing to the end of convection epoxide and hydroxide groups is observed. Observed in spectrum RTL relaxation peak is moved to the high temperature sides on 3-16 K in modified by γ-radiation by the dose 105 Gy compositions, containing softener and filler. Thus, in epoxide compositions with softener intensity of a luminescence grows approximately from 2 up to 6 times depending, on type a hardener and 3 times at a introduction filler. It is revealed, what at a dose 2-2.5·105 Gy in filled epoxide compositions on action of γ-radiation and the volumetric contents filler on character of change ε(T), tgδ(τ) and Ep(D) there in an additivity. So, in composites containing 30 vol. % PKR-11 and PZT-19 with increase of a dose a maximum of the factor of dielectric losses tgδ(τ) max and dielectric permeability ε(T) is displaced aside the raised temperatures. The received results prove, that varying a nature ceramic fillers, hardeners and softeners and simultaneous influence by γ-radiation effectively it is possible to adjust structures to change a complex of electrophysical properties epoxide compositions
