AbstractAbstract
[en] In the paper a model of mass transfer is presented. The model accounts stress influence, temperature gradients and vacancy concentrations gradients arising in the material under irradiation. With using of the model the diffusion kinetic equation is obtained. With help of the equation the concentration profiles calculation for tungsten and molybdenum in the iron matrix is carried out. The principle factor influencing on mass transfer is stress wave arising in the material, which in the 10-15 μm section becomes the shock wave. The results of the calculation are in agreement with experimental data obtained for the R6M5 tool steel irradiated by C- ion beam with E=0.4 MeV and current density J=100 A/cm2 and pulse duration τ80 ns
