[en] During the Kozloduy NPP units 1 and 2 decommissioning process, data for equipment and buildings have to be preserved, processed and available. For this purpose the Decommissioning Management System (DeManS) has been developed. The main requirements to this information system are real time data providing for: facilities and their radiological characteristics; the decommissioning process stage; establishment and implementation of procedures for equipment dismantle and waste management processes as well as ensuring of tools for planning, assessment and control of the decommissioning process. The system includes the following modules: Documentation Management; Project Management; Environmental Information; Safe Enclosure and Registration. Several examples for data registration are presented. The registration module functions (data providing and access to connected documents) and connection with other modules are also discussed in this paper
