AbstractAbstract
[en] In this paper complexation processes of technetium with humic acid (HA) were studied and complexes were studied by paper chromatography. Reduction of pertechnetate (99Tc) was carried out by thiourea (tu) in acidic HCl solution, what lead to formation of [99Tc(tu)6]3+ complex . Preparation of technetium-humic complex was performed by a ligand exchange with hexakis(thiourea)technetium(III) complex. [99Tc(tu)6]3+ complex was mixed with natrium humate (Aldrich) and pH was enhanced by the addition of NaOH to pH=5-7 under nitrogen atmosphere. The best yield of Tc-HA complex (about 80 %) was achieved with excess of humate concentration against thiourea concentration. By ligand exchange from hexakis(thiourea)technetium(III) complex also 99Tc-EDTA and 99Tc-citrate complex were prepared. Ligand exchange between humic acid and Tc-citrate or Tc-EDTA carried out under nitrogen atmosphere was also studied. (authors)
