[en] This paper reports on synthesis of dendrons and dendritic rhenium (copper) complexes. Size exclusion chromatography was applied for the purification of dendrons and metal complexes. In the case of copper, solvent extraction studies have been performed in order to obtain information about complexation behaviour. Radio-labelling of dendrons with Re-188 has been characterised by TLC and SEC. Lipophilicity and phospholipophilicty of compounds investigated are determined by RP-HPLC and immobilized artificial membrane chromatography, respectively. (authors)
