[en] The aim of this project is the showing of correlation between earthquakes and magnetic phenomenon as well as radon events. The radon monitoring performs on around of 20 km segment on the west boundary of the rift. There are the monitoring stations. System of monitoring is described. The correlation of the radon events with earthquakes is the best in the sites in closeness to the rift. Obtained results refer to the causal continuity between earthquakes and radon events. Radon monitoring is pointed as one of approach for short-term predict of earthquakes
