AbstractAbstract
[en] A study in the rat of internal decontamination of a zirconium 95 niobium 95 oxalate injected by the intravenous and intratracheal route has allowed to confirm the effectiveness of zirconium citrate which had been studied in a work before. In the treated animals, man notes a increased urinary excretion and a clear decrease of the accumulation of radioisotopes in bone. However, the effectiveness of zirconium citrate depends on the rapidity of intervention. (author)

Une etude chez le rat de la decontamination interne d'un oxalate de 95Zr - 95Nb, administre par voie veineuse et intratracheale, a permis de verifier l'efficacite du citrate de zirconium. Chez les animaux traites, on observe une excretion urinaire accrue en 95Zr - 95Nb et une nette diminution de la fixation des radioisotopes dans le squelette. Cependant l'efficacite du citrate de zirconium est lie a la rapidite de l'intervention. (auteur)Original Title
