The present article shows to the nuclear industry as an area of suitable opportunity for the implementation of advanced technology, taking like base that the inter relation direct between human personnel and radioactive material it is of high risk for the health and in occasions mortal, due to this situation, the robotic systems like solution alternative arise to diverse problems related with this environment: management of radioactive materials, inspection and monitoring, decontamination; in each one of which it is looked for the speed and practicability in the processes and mainly the security of the personnel.
