AbstractAbstract
[en] The Medfly does not adapt easily to the artificial rearing, the quality is evaluated during mass rearing to study the ability of mass reared insects to meet their production objectives. With the fruit flies usually mass produced insects for SIT applications, the interest concentrates mainly on their field behaviour and effectiveness. No SIT can be applicable as long as specifications for quality characteristics are not t evaluated for the field. For production quality control is for the most important. Production quality control is the regulation of consistency, reliability, timeliness output. Here are related some quality control tests in the Tunisian Medfly facility to monitor colonies behaviour and males shipments
