[en] An upgrading of WWER nuclear power plants (NPP) safety characteristics, until the end of this century will be one of the main nuclear industry activity. Beside the VVWER NPP community, the international organisations IAEA and OECD-NEA as well as numerous countries on bilateral basis are involved in this activity. Our activity at this program is based on industrial, economical as well as ecological importance of this project for our country. In this paper the short description of our activity at the mentioned project is presented. (author)
