AbstractAbstract
[en] NPP is considered as a flexible part of the electric power generating system. A simple model is developed for studying operational transients of a pressurised water reactor. The model is composed of the one group one dimensional diffusion equation with feed-back effects and the thermal balance relations for the core. Some elements of the reactor power regulating system are included too. An analysis is presented in this paper for the problem of reactivity compensation and control. As an example typical operational transients are studied for NPP Krsko and some axial flux distributions are displayed. (author)
