AbstractAbstract
[en] Transport calculations based on linear Boltzmann equation have been carried out analytically for the reflection of low energy light ions from heavy targets. The collision integral of the ion transport equation is replaced by P3 approximation in angle. For power potentials the influence of the anisotropy of scattering on universal path length distribution of reflected particles is investigated. (author)
