AbstractAbstract
[en] In the paper results of films growth mechanism study, their internal structure are summarized. The mechanism leading to hydrogen capture effect on the first wall at over dusting stage is stated. Films internal structure have been studied with help of synchrotron radiation, electron paramagnetic resonance, IR reflection spectra, thermal gravimetric methods, spectroscopy in the vision spectrum range and UV vacuum range. Structure of the films surfaces have been examined with help of electron microscopy, probe scanning tunnel and atom-force microscopy, as well as miniature scanning tunnel microscope placed in the T-10 tokamak
