AbstractAbstract
[en] In the paper the 'Mini' university tokamak project is considered. Principal parameters of the unit are: big radius R=20 cm, small axle a=10 cm, obligingness k=3, toroidal field B=2 T, plasma current Ip=0.5 MA. Such facility does not demands large area and powerful power engineering and that make it attractive for small research institutions and universities. Such device allows to conduct a large research spectrum in the control problems domain and diagnostics methodic, development of technologies and engineering decision, plasma physics. But most probably such device helps to decide the different specialities personnel training problem by operation with plasma facilities in the controlled thermonuclear synthesis field, to conduct students and post-graduates training by related trends, to conduct training and re-training of specialists of this field
