AbstractAbstract
[en] Spatial flux shaping, particularly obtaining maximum thermal neutron flux in experimental channels of a research reactor or flux flattening in a power reactor, is often desired in nuclear reactor utilization. Some experimental results of flux shaping at the RB reactor by use of the fuel of various enrichment are resented. Considerable increases in thermal neutron flux in central experimental channels is obtained and can serve as a starting point for further investigations as well as for comparison with theoretical models.
