AbstractAbstract
[en] The council recommends not to pursue studies devoted to produce new reconstructions of fallout of the Chernobylsk accident in France; to conclude the very important work realised by a synthesis giving the results of reconstruction studies of cesium deposit at a level ( area or department) with their uncertainties. This, in order to allow a comparison with previous studies and to evaluate the consequences of the exposure on people, by interesting in the average values and to the critical groups; to exploit the experience feedback on the interpretation of fallout of Chernobylsk accident to improve the adaptation of the observation network to this kind of crisis ( to privilege the direct measurements, to validate and improve the measurements protocols, to define and to introduce a network adapted and coordinated to the european scale, to develop the direct measurements by gamma spectroscopy, and to realize a periodic situation state of the soils contamination in cesium); to develop models adapted to the risk analysis and management, in spite of the difficulty.
