AbstractAbstract
[en] An extraction was conducted in 16 stages mixer settler. The scrub solution entered stage 1, the feed at stage of 5 and the solvent at stage 16. At the nitric acid 5N and 2000 rpm as the mixing speed, the recovery of Zircon was 92.02 % and the hafnium content was 42.5 ppm. The feed concentration was 28.97 gram/l and the hafnium content was 1249 ppm
