[en] It rats progeny of first generation in the age of 3 and 6 month which parents were exposed to long irradiating in the accumulative dose 1.0 Gy testes and epididymis weight indexes, amount of spermatogenetic cells of all types and their total number in a suspension of testes tissue, content of DNA and RNA and both activity of acidic RNA ase, DNA ase and enzymes of energy metabolism (LDH, SDH) in the testes tissue were studied. The changes in morphofunctional state of testes of progeny rats received from the irradiated parents (males and females) have moderate character. Most significant deflections of investigated parameters in experienced rats should be attributed to phase fluctuations of spermatogenetic cells number at various stages of differentiation, more essential for spermatogonia and for spermatocytes, and also DNA and protein content in rats testicular tissue of first progeny in the age of 3 and 6 month.
