[en] The effect of the charge of defects and donors on electroluminescence is considered. It is shown that the specific temperature and field dependences of the conductivity and electroluminescence can be explained if one takes into account the difference between the temperature and field dependences of the probability of thermally activated tunneling of electrons from D- defects and N0 donors
