AbstractAbstract
[en] Prediction of the mass flow rate and pressure drop in the coolant channel of the TRIGA 2000 reactor core have been carried out and the value of mass flow rate and pressure drop for the maximum and average powered fuel rod have been also obtained. After calculating the steady state condition at an operating power of 2000 k W, the total pressure drop is 132.8 Pa for the maximum powered fuel rod and 64.5 Pa for the average powered fuel rod. This result corresponds to the mass flow rate of 0.113 and 0.085 kg/s, respectively. (author)
