AbstractAbstract
[en] A theoretical investigation of uranium dioxide gas swelling was carried out. As a model material was used an isotropic one where Frenkel's pair and gas atoms, gas voids and dislocation loops arise under irradiation. It is clarified that the presence of mechanical loading leads to anisotropic distribution of dislocation loops.
