AbstractAbstract
[en] Production processes and properties of oxide (Al2O3, ZrO2) and metal-oxide (Mo-Al2O3, Mo-ZrO2, W-Al2O3, W-ZrO2) coatings on molybdenum substrates and uranium dioxide fuel particles were investigated. It is shown that the main factors that have an effect on the deposition rate, density, microstructure and other properties of coatings are the deposition temperature, the ratio of H2 and CO2 flow rates, the total reactor pressure and the ratio of partial pressures of corresponding metal chlorides during formation of metal-oxide coatings
