[en] We represent a 59 year-old man, with of hyaline-vascular Castleman disease of cervical localization that developed multi nodular Goiter and bilateral cervical lymph node. Complete surgical resection at the moment of the diagnosis is the best therapeutic boarding in the located hyaline-vascular variety. In anatomical areas where it is not achieved complete resection, radiotherapy or chemotherapy are indicated. They because the possibility of are also considered in complete resection of developing a lymphoma (No Hodgkin) or a sarcoma Kaposi. A better understanding of the pathogenic, physiopathology and natural evolution of this disease will take to improve the treatment. It is an unfrequent disease with difficult diagnosis. It was needed histopathologic reevaluation and differentiation between follicular lymphoma and unspecific lymphoid hyperplasia. (The author)
