[en] In this work results of experimental definition of factors of disintegration of nonideal hydrogen-oxygen plasma of pulse discharges in water on stages of a relaxation and their comparison with theoretically designed are resulted. Theoretical results are higher than experimental values in all the investigated range of concentration electrons 2·10²⁰≥N_e≥2·10¹⁷ sm^-3. With the reduction of electron concentration there is a rapprochement of results, but full concurrence it is impossible even at 2·10¹⁷ cm ^-3.The theoretical works published to the present time cannot explain an observable divergence between theoretical and experimental values of factors of disintegration
