AbstractAbstract
[en] The CaTiO3-modified [(K0.5Na0.5)0.96Li0.04](Nb0.91Sb0.05Ta0.04)O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared using normal sintering for improving the temperature stability of (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-based ceramics. The effects of the CaTiO3 on the temperature stability and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were systematically studied. These results show that the CaTiO3-modified [(K0.5Na0.5)0.96Li0.04](Nb0.91Sb0.05Ta0.04)O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics possess good temperature stability in the polymorphic phase transition below room temperature, and also exhibit high piezoelectric properties (d33=263 pC/N and kp=50%) when the ceramics were poled at an optimum poling temperature. These results indicate that the ceramic is a promising candidate material for lead-free piezoelectric ceramics
