AbstractAbstract
[en] The research about reduction of organic phase waste of TBP-Kerosene havebeen done. The experiment was done with decomposing the TBP-Kerosine wasteusing decomposer 0.5 M of perhydrol solution. Concentration of TBP inKerosene was variate from 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 % to 30 % v/v, and perhydrol of0.5 M was 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 % and 30 % v/v. Decomposition reaction was donein the closed and rodded distillation flask at 30 oC, 50 oC and 90 oC withstirring rate 50 rpm, 100 rpm, 150 rpm, 200 rpm, 250 rpm and 300 rpm. Thereaction time was 60 minutes using Mangan as the catalyst. The obtainedliquid and organic phase was separated using separating funnel. As theresult, the best condition of process was obtained at concentration TBP 25 %and hydrogen peroxide 0.5 M (25.0 %), temperature 50 oC and stirring rate200 rpm. The decomposition yield of liquid phase was obtained 62.5 %. (author)
