AbstractAbstract
[en] The optical properties and parameters of vacuum coatings of a zirconium at planar oxidation and laser influences are investigated. The high-power semiconductor laser with a wavelength of a radiation 0.68 microns is used in a role of a source of beam influences. The two-layer coatings Zr - ZrO2, obtained by a vacuum sedimentation and oxide formation are investigated. The optimum conditions of fabrication of coatings giving a minimum of porosity and a high adhesion are determined. Is shown, that oxidation of coatings it is possible to realize in solutions of weak acids in conditions of restriction of a current up to 0,1-1,0 mA/cm2 and smooth increase of voltage up to specific values (up to 200 V). Is shown, that qualitative oxidation of a zirconium by oxygen it is possible to realize in vacuum, at action of an electrical field directed perpendicularly to a surface of a sample, in a range of strength from 150 kV/cm up to 2300 kV/sm. The application of fiber optics and fiber-optical sensors ensures observation of the process of a modification of coloring of coating in real time that essentially increases quality of obtained coatings. The application of fiber-optical sensors at laser processing of coatings allows in real time to inspect reflected from zone of processing a optical radiation, with the purpose of the analysis of its spectral structure, that ensures correlation of the process of laser handling with the process of a modification of a structure of a treated material with respect to preset computer algorithm.
