AbstractAbstract
[en] X-ray imaging method with refractive X-ray lens is realized. Refractive X-ray lenses with 41 mm and 45 mm focal length for 8 keV X-rays were used as objective of the microscope. Synchrotron and laboratory X-ray sources were used for imaging with magnification in the range from 9,8 to 18,2. 2-3 microns spatial resolution is achieved. (authors)
