[en] X-ray device for forming and imaging X-ray beams is designed. The device consists of microfocus X-ray tube, refractive X-ray lens and CCD-camera. The X-ray lens is designed in the form of glass capillary filed by 161 spherical compound epoxy concave micro lenses. Lens curvature radius is equal to 50 microns. The lens is used for forming 5 times decreased image of X-ray tube focal spot. An image of X-ray beam transmitted through porous alumina plate with extended nano-channels is obtained. The X-ray beam is broadened due to diffraction and small angle scattering at a system of nano-holes. (authors)
