AbstractAbstract
[en] DVI and FD are our own design features adopted into APR1400. This study focuses on improving their performance for the APR+. To minimize direct bypass rate of safety injection flow to the break, ECC penetration ducts are introduced. For FD, design features to prevent early inflow of the N2 gas and to extend the injection period are studied. This report includes a basic design of the reactor simulator and development of instrumentation in order to perform the reactor flow distribution test as well as the design of test facility for the realization of two new concepts of DVI and FD
