AbstractAbstract
[en] This work details the degree of sensitivity in the detection of isotope 10B, by means of prompt gamma neutron activation analysis (PGNAA) for liquid samples. It also establishes the dependence of the technique sensitivity with the neutron flux. The results obtained give a sensitivity of up to 85,5 cps/g for 10B with an estimated limit of detection of 5,5 ppm. Likewise, a methodology to determine sensitivity of detection for other elements of interest is presented. (orig.)
