AbstractAbstract
[en] Castlemans disease is a rare lymph node pathology characterized by angio follicular hyperplasia of the lymph nodes. There are two forms of the disease, localized and multi centric. One of the most frequently observed histological types of the disease is the hyaline-vascular type, which is considered benign. In most cases, afflicted patients present with a mediastinal mass. The aim of this article is to present the diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease. Here we describe two cases of hyaline-vascular type Castleman disease localized in the neck and retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
