[en] A quasiparticle description of pure glue QCD below Tc is presented. It is shown that the strong decrease of the gluon condensate combined with the increasing thermal width of the lightest glueballs at T ≤ Tc might be the trigger of the phase transition. The proposed model compares very well with recent lattice data. (author)
