AbstractAbstract
[en] In this work the measurement of the dead time of the neutron detection initiation chains of the RP-0 and RP-10 nuclear reactors is presented. Those reactors have proportional detector (BF3) and ionization chamber fission (CF) respectively. The determination is based on the model non-paralizable detector. The reactor varies on time in an exponential way right after a little insertion of positive reactivity and it was used like a source of neutrons. The nonlinear adjustment to the model allowed the determination of the dead time through minimization of the Chi square. The obtained values were BF3: 19.96 x 10-6s ± 0.02 x 10-6s and CF: 2.52 x 10-6s ± 0.01 x 10-6s (orig.)
