[en] This report includes a brief summary of the situation of the nuclear industry in Spain, in order to better understand the questions involved in the inspection of the Spanish nuclear power plants, as well as the experience acquired, followed by a description of some of the problems which have arisen during the whole design to construction phase. Also the problems faced by the Inspection of the 'Junta de energy nuclear' are described in order to fulfill the missions entrusted to it. Finally, some recommendations are made in the light of the experience acquired in Spain
